Aaron and Chris have always been suckers for Christmas, so to test their new recording equipment, they decided to make an EP for the holiday. Aaron had long wanted to cover "Snow"; Leon is an ardent fan of Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas, and Chris regularly indulges his Anglophilia with a full British Christmas celebration, including the music that never made its way across the pond, so picking out the songs was pretty easy.

What was challenging was the arrangements. They are by far the most ambitious thing the band has ever attempted, including a twenty-five voice choir and upwards of twelve guitar layers on some tracks, plus keyboards, percussion, and samples. 

They are pleased to say that it was all worth it.
